Today, that spirit returns.
Nestled along the Runnins River, the Millstone Supper Club honors this legacy with a modern expression of craft and intention. Here, chef-driven tasting menus evolve often, each thoughtfully paired and pristinely executed. What usually requires a journey into the city now lives right here — at the water’s edge — offering something truly spectacular.

The Millstone Supper Club is a chef’s tasting experience, built around precision, creativity, and rhythm. Menus change bi-weekly, allowing each visit to feel new, purposeful, and inspired by the season.

Pairings shift alongside the cuisine — including pours from Millstone Reserve, our signature wine crafted exclusively for us at an estate vineyard in California’s wine country.

The Millstone Supper Club is invitation-only by design.

With extremely limited seating and a dedicated space separate from our regular dining service, entry into the Supper Club is intentional — and personal. Guests may request an invitation, after which a member of our team will extend a formal welcome when availability allows.

Once invited and hosted, guests gain access to a private reservation portal, allowing them to return as often as they wish to experience the ever-changing chef’s offerings.
